We strive to maintain your trust in us and adhere to the following principles to protect your personal information: Principle of Consistency of Authority and Responsibility, Principle of Purpose Specification, Principle of Choice and Consent, Principle of Data Minimization, Principle of Security Assurance, Principle of Data Subject Participation, Principle of Openness and Transparency, etc. Furthermore, we promise to adopt appropriate safety protection measures in accordance with mature industry standards to safeguard your personal information. I. How We Collect Your Personal Information

When you use the Company's mobile application (APP) and during the user registration process, we will collect your personal information, such as: Device Information (IMEI / Mac / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID / SIM IMSI / Geographical Location Information / Wi-Fi / Clipboard). To protect personal privacy, you should not provide any information other than that specifically requested by the Company.

II. How We Use Your Personal Information

Except in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale of the Company—where all collected personal information may be transferred to relevant third parties—the Company will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third parties unless prior permission is obtained, or unless the third party and the Company jointly or separately provide services to you (and upon completion of such services, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including information previously accessible).

III. Personal Information Security

Securing your personal data is paramount to us. When you register and input personal data in the Company's mobile APP, we encrypt this information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Throughout both the data transmission and storage stages, we protect the information you submit to us by following widely accepted industry standards (such as firewalls, encryption, and data privacy legal requirements).

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

IV. How Long We Retain Personal Information

In general, the Company retains your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, while complying with data retention periods stipulated by applicable laws.

V. Legal Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information when required by law, and when the Company believes that disclosure is necessary to protect our statutory rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our mobile APP.

We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes in this Policy, on the Company's website, and in places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of how we collect and use your personal information, who has access to it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If material changes are made to this Policy, the Company will notify you via a notice on the website.

VII. Permission Directory for Mobileyed LLC Client

To ensure the implementation of Mobileyed LLC product features and its safe and stable operation, we will request or use relevant operating system permissions.

To safeguard your right to know, we list the relevant operating system permissions requested and used by the product below. You may manage these permissions according to your actual needs.

Upon product updates, the types and purposes of requested/used permissions may change. We will promptly update the list based on these changes to ensure you are informed of permission requests and usages.

Please be aware that for business and product functionality and security needs, we also use third-party SDKs, which may also request or use relevant operating system permissions.

List of Used Permissions

Internet Access (INTERNET)
Description: Allows the application to access network connections, which will generate GPRS data usage.
Usage: Basic permission required to access the network.
Camera (CAMERA)
Description: Used to take photos and scan QR codes.
Usage: 1. Scanning device QR codes when adding a device; 2. Recognizing user-generated push-stream QR codes.
Read Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
Description: Provides the functionality to read data in the phone's storage space.
Usage: 1. Changing profile avatars; 2. Configuring device OSD.
Write Storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
Description: Provides external storage write functionality.
Usage: Requires storage permission after image editing is completed.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
Description: Foreground APP execution notifications.
Usage: Required to notify users when voice calling features are running in the foreground.
Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE)
Description: Runs APP foreground services.
Usage: Required when voice calling features are running in the foreground.
Foreground Microphone (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE)
Description: Captures microphone input while foreground services are running.
Usage: Required to record audio via microphone during foreground voice calls.
Clipboard (ClipData text/plain ocrText)
Description: Enables copying text content to the system clipboard.
Usage: Required when users wish to share text information from the APP.
System Action: Chromium Network State Monitoring
Description: Chromium monitors network changes and notifies the APP to handle business processes accordingly.
Read Phone State / Get IMEI (READ_PHONE_STATE)
Description: Obtains the IMEI of the user's device.

IX. How to Delete Your Personal Account

You may cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can perform this operation yourself through the following path:

Navigating in the app via [Me → Settings → Delete Account], select "Delete Account", and follow the prompts.

After your account is deleted, we will cease providing you with products or services and delete your personal information upon your request, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
